* Pricing is based on the size of a "typical" yard. A typical yard is considered between 2,000 - 4,500 sq ft or less. Most suburban homes fall within this range. Pricing can change based upon size of the service area, level of difficulty to access pet's waste (uncut grass, debris, complicated landscaping, etc).

Step 2: Complete Your First Service Call

Your First Service Call

  • We will NOT pressure you to purchase any additional service(s). We are guests on your property and will respect that privilege.
  • You will receive a communication that your service tech is enroute.
  • Your service tech will remove your pet's waste and evaluate your service area.
    • Determine the size of your service area and other features such as gravel, concrete, wooden decks, flowerbeds, etc. and how your pet is using these areas as a "go to" spot.
    • Discuss what your goals are for your pet(s) and your property.
    • If you decide to add additional services, we will guide you on how to best implement those services for the best result. 
    • It also allows us to provide an accurate quote.
    • We will begin learning what is considered normal (visual and smell) for your pet's stool. This allows us to inform you if we begin to see something abnormal or concerning in the future.
  • When service is complete, the service tech will communicate that your service is complete and that the gate is secure.

Should my owners choose deodorization or sanitization?

CONCLUSION​

Deodorize or Sanitize: The good news both treatment options will help control odor. A deodorizing treatment might be your best option if your need is to control the odor of feces and urine but don't have a strong need for sanitization. Sanitizing might be your best option if your concern is keeping control of disease-causing pathogens and controlling odor from feces.

Deodorize AND Sanitize:  Since the sanitizing agent will kill the beneficial bacteria of the deodorizing agent applying them at the same time isn't a good idea. The good news is that you can apply these treatments at different time intervals. Thus, getting the best of both. This is the goal of the Platinum Paw Premium Plan.

Deodorizing

DEODORIZE   OR   SANITIZE?

What it Does​

  • Uses a combination of natural enzymes and live bacteria cultures to digest proteins, uric acid crystals, and other organic compounds left behind by pet urine, stool, vomit, and other organic waste

Pros​

  • Fights odor from the source (organic material that cause odor)

  • Will breakdown uric acid crystals which helps remove the odor from urine

  • Most products add some form of fragrance

Cons​

  • Doesn't kill disease causing pathogens

Sanitizing

What it Does​

  • Uses a biodegradable, safe EPA‑registered solution that kills a broad range of bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and fungi while being safe for pets, humans, and plants

Pros​

  • Fights odor from the source (bacteria that cause odor)

  • Kills a broad range of pathogens including but not limited to Parvovirus, Giardia, Leptospira, Listeria, Salmonella, E. Coli etc.

Cons​

  • Does not breakdown uric acid crystals
